The line that keeps it independent
The training, the simulation and the runtime governance are partner-delivered. Tollivar's own role in this programme stays review and guidance. We do not implement what we would later review, and we do not review what we have implemented. That separation is deliberate: it lets a board have an all-in-one programme without compromising the independence of any Tollivar review that follows. We work with a small set of trusted partner firms, referenced here but not named.
Where it sits
This is a supporting line. It can stand on its own, lead toward the full Assessment, or follow it, turning findings into capability and standing governance. The Assessment remains the independent, entity-level review of how the company governs its AI.
