What you say about AI, tested against what you can show
Boards are making public claims about their use of AI, in annual reports, sustainability statements, product pages and investor materials. Each of those claims is a potential exposure if the evidence behind it is thin. The Disclosure Integrity Review takes every AI claim in your public disclosure and grades it against the evidence you can actually produce.
What we do
Identify every AI-related claim in your public disclosure.
Grade each against the internal evidence available to support it, naming alignment risk, potential exposure and evidence gaps.
Map the obligations that apply to what you have said.
Leave the audit committee with three questions it should be able to answer, and cannot yet.
Scope and timing
Three to four weeks. Bounded and defined, so you know what you are commissioning. It is an advisory review and guidance, not assurance and not a legal opinion. We review the evidence; your counsel advises on the law.
A step, not a dead end
The Review stands on its own, and it is also the considered way into the full Assessment. If you go on to commission an Assessment, the Review fee is credited against it.
